The Consumer Price Index (TÜFE) is the official inflation indicator. Residential rent increases are assessed using period TÜFE together with the legal cap.

TÜFE is the price index published by TurkStat (TÜİK). Which period applies for a rent increase depends on the lease and current rules.
Calculation Logic
New rent ≈ current rent × (1 + applicable rate / 100). The applicable rate is the lower of the selected TÜFE and the legal cap. The tool is for information only.
